Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics is a business unit of Saint-Gobain Ceramics & Plastics Inc., a subsidiary of Compagnie de Saint-Gobain. Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics is leading the way in advanced-technology polymer products for the most demanding industrial applications. We make products ranging from fluid handling hose and tube, machined and molded fluoropolymers, and medical-grade silicones; to release liners, PTFE coated fabrics and tapes, membranes, foam seals, gaskets and bonding tapes; and precision bearings, spring energized seals, radomes, and composites for aerospace.

Aerospace Components
The Aerospace Components business specializes in supplying custom thermo-formed and composite parts to leading commercial aircraft companies, along with heating, ventilation and air conditioning ducts; various components for rail and heavy truck industries and specialty-formed housings for electronic, instrumentation, communication and medical device manufacturers. Our wide range of in-house processes include single sheet, pressure and twin-sheet thermoforming, lay-up of composite materials, pour-in-place foam molding, resin transfer molding (RTM), tool fabrication and complex component assembly.

We are continually recognized as a world-class supplier to demanding customers such as Boeing, Cisco, Siemens, Sun Microsystems, Thermo Electron Instruments, Flow Serve and Safe-View L-3. Our markets run the gamut - from medical enclosures and industrial pump housings that withstand the most caustic, high-pressure, high-temperature environments - to transportation and precision thermoforming required for high-tech computer industry server doors and enclosures.
